Deletion of user data

From Edison Blu&Go App

Fill out the form to request deletion of your data from the Edison Plug&Go app.
The procedure will be managed by our assistance center as soon as possible and you will subsequently receive a confirmation of data deletion following your request in the days after your sending.
All fields are to be selected.

    1° STEP

    Enter the email address with which you activated your app account here.

    2° STEP

    Select the data and information you request to be deleted from the app.

    DELETION OF ACCOUNT DATA

    With this method, the data stored and relating to your account will be deleted and no longer recoverable. Your account, however, will remain active within the app, allowing you to continue logging in as you have done up to now.

    COMPLETE ACCOUNT DELETION

    With this method your account will be deleted and deactivated from the app. You will no longer be able to log in with your current account and all your stored data will be deleted and will no longer be recoverable.
